About Etta's Choice

My grandfather's name was Etta. I hail from a quaint village near the city of Cochin, in Kerala, also known as God's Own Country. Etta had a particular fondness for dosas and coconut chutney, and my grandmother would lovingly prepare crispy dosas for him. Despite being very orthodox and particular about his food, Etta always enjoyed her dosas.

My mother learned the art of dosa-making from my grandmother, and she, in turn, passed it on to my wife. Today, my wife is the talented chef and the core force behind Etta's Choice. Even our daughter has learned to make these delicious dosas.

We created Etta's Choice to share the same delightful taste that my grandfather cherished. Enjoy the authentic taste of Kerala with our dosas!

The Father– CEO, CFO, Chairman, President, and the eternal optimist of our family. After nine consecutive business failures, he's convinced the tenth time's the charm! Father of the family and master of bouncing back, Wilson keeps our spirits high and our ideas flowing.

The Mother – Our multi-tasking IT engineer by day, and the incredible Chief Chef and Manager by night. She's the one who makes sure our dosas are perfect and our operations run smoothly, all while juggling her IT career and a spatula.

Daughter 1 – Our tiny yet mighty money manager. Don't let her size fool you; Vaiga ensures every cent is accounted for and keeps an eagle eye on the budget. Future CFO in the making!

Daughter 2 – The packaging prodigy and general support extraordinaire. Nila makes sure every dosa combo is packed with love and precision, and she's always ready to lend a helping hand wherever needed.
